HERMAN was developed for Ferring Pharmaceuticals as a strategic communication tool to address testosterone-related conditions in an open, human and credible way. Lopezlab defined the narrative logic of the campaign, shaping how sensitive topics such as masculinity, intimacy and hormonal health could be communicated with clarity and trust. We structured the conversations between specialists and patients, created a calm visual language and translated the material into a coherent ecosystem: a magazine, a digital platform, online outreach and a stand & materials for medical congresses. The result helped doctors communicate more effectively, gave patients a framework to understand their options and positioned the client as a reliable and empathetic intermediary in a field where trust is essential.
